Kliment has been in technology and software development since 1996 when he first started to work for AT&T satellite division testing satellite communication networks.
During Web 1.0, he worked for Internet consultancy Sapient on several projects, notably an energy transmission scheduling system for Southern Company and a policy management system for Protective Life Insurance.
He then worked as a software architect for GroupM (a WPP company) where he grew the application portfolio of a brand new IT department to several business critical applications rolled out globally in 52 countries, and got a taste for agile development processes.
In 2007 Kliment started working for Nexidia Inc., a speech analytics company, where he is currently a lead technologist. While there he has built a product to integrate with telecom switches, and led automation and testing group.
While Kliment has a long history of both .NET and Java development, his passion is in iPhone/iPad development, Ruby on Rails, highly scalable systems and agile software development processes.
