If I sent an invite to an exhibitor and they said they didn’t receive it, is there a way I can resend an invite?

In the Organizer Control Panel for your event:

  • Select the Exhibitors tab.
  • Next to the Exhibiting Company's name, click the drop down menu to the right then select "Add invites".
  • You'll be able to add team members from a company.

If the person *still* isn't receiving the invitation then they may have an aggressive spam filter.

If that's the case, ask the person to create an account using the Qrious mobile app, then enter the Exhibitor Invite Code.
